Upon arrival, it will be necessary to show a valid identity document for each guest (including minors) for identification purposes and to pay the balance of the booked services.

Seven spacious and welcoming rooms and a three-room apartment finely furnished and decorated, equipped with every comfort and technology, which are located on the top floor of a prestigious historic sixteenth-century building, with an elegant neoclassical façade, embellished with terracotta bas-reliefs attributed to Zandomeneghi, decorated internally with valuable wooden ceilings, frescoes and stuccos. Located in the heart of Treviso, on the splendid Sile Riviera, Palazzo Bortolan has been carefully restored by one of the most prestigious names in Italian architecture, Paolo Portoghesi, who also oversaw the design of iconic furnishing elements such as sofas, lamps, fabrics, made by companies of excellence of "made in Italy" such as Cassina, Guzzini and Reggiani.
The modern monumental staircase, called "Tree of Knowledge", designed by Portoghesi himself, represents the modern element connecting all the floors of the building and the different construction and decorative phases.
COMMON AREAS: In addition to the elegant rooms, the structure is equipped with large and elegant internal common areas, comfortably air conditioned and a suggestive panoramic terrace available to guests for the organization of private events.
SHORT AND MEDIUM-TERM RENTALS: In addition to the seven double and twin rooms, the structure has a three-room apartment with kitchenette, for short and medium-term stays, ideal for couples or professionals who prefer a traditional housing solution with the availability of the characteristic services of accommodation facilities.

CAFE’ LETTERARIO
It is located on the ground floor of the Palace and in the suggestive setting of Piazza dell’Università, in addition to breakfasts for our guests it offers toasts, sandwiches, piadinas and tasty centrifuged juices for quick lunches, snacks and aperitifs. Upon request it also organizes refreshments for anniversaries and private events.

CONVENTIONAL PARKING
The Structure does not have an internal parking lot but upon reservation there are parking spaces available for guests at a discounted price (12 €/day) in a nearby parking lot within walking distance

​BICYCLE PARKING
The Structure has an internal storage for guests at the affiliated parking lot located in the immediate vicinity. Our rates include the use of one bike space per room up to a maximum of 3 rooms per reservation, from the 4th room the bike space can be booked at a cost of 15 €/day.
